I orderd some goods in the Slurgshop and noticed at the end of the order, that i forgott something. If i order this now, do i have to pay the shipping costs a second time?
As long as the product hasn’t left the shop, you can continue your shopping spree. If the weight or the size not going over the last sumarized limit, the price will still be the same. If the Price is beyound 50€ the shipping is free (in Germany)

I have detect a bug on the page, what should i do?
Contact me over info[at]slurg.de and give a short description where you found the bug (Page and Coherence).

Can i also order extra for me customized products or place an order to you?

I want to sign out of the Newsletter, where can i do this?
To sign out of the Newsletter, please type your registered e-mail. Your mail will be deleted from our server automaticly.

How much is the shipping in Canada?
The shipping price for the package is up to a lot of factors like size, weight and distance of the delivery. Usually the shipping cost in Canada is not more than $10. You get the exact price after your order per e-mail.

Contract conclusion
By shipping the item(s) we declare to have accepted your order. Contract conclusion is accepted in German.

1. Shipping costs
You will receive your order in one package if possible. We reserve the right to deliver partial orders, if there are bulky items or if the order can thus be processed faster. Of course, partial delivery is free for the purchaser.
For shipping, we charge:
within Germany: 2,00 € for merchandise value below 50 €,
no shipping costs if merchandise value exceeds 50 Euro.
European Union except Germany: 10,00 € (insured, delivery status)
Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Norway: 10,00 € (insured, delivery status)
Worldwide: Products are subject to change in price due to size and/or quantity variations.

2. Payment options

Payment in advance
After you finished your order you will get an e-mail which includes the total amount of your order and our bank details. We will ship your order after we received your payment.

PayPal
Payment by PayPal is possible with Visa, Mastercard, debit advise or giropay. You have to register at PayPal first to be able to use this payment method.

3. Falsities
We consider non-binding obvious errors, translation errors, mistakes in writing, misprints or calculation errors occurring while offering products or processing orders.

4. Return policy
You have the right to return any purchased product under the following conditions:

You have the right to return any purchased product without any reasons within 14 days after delivery of the order.
The period begins at the earliest after receipt of a written return instruction (e.g. letter, e-mail), but not before you receive the merchandise.
If the product is not conveyable, you can indicate the return in written form. Make sure to mail in time either the merchandise or an e-mail expressing that you would like to return your order.
In any case, the return is at our risk and expense.

5.Consequences of return
The return takes effect when mutual benefits have been refunded and (if applicable) handling benefits have been compensated. If the value of the item has decreased,
compensation for the value of the item can be claimed unless the decrease of the value of the item is caused by examining the item in the way it would have been possible and necessary to
examine in a retail store. You can avoid compensation claims if you don’t use the item and don’t do anything to it that could cause decrease of its value before you’re certain that you want to keep it.
We totally refund payments from our customers within 30 business days if the order has been returned and the return instructions have been accomplished.

Exclusion of right of return
Right of return does not apply for distance contracts

[1] if the delivered product has been manufactured according to specifications by the purchaser, or if it has been changed due to the purchaser’s personal requirements,
or if it was never meant to be returned due to product properties, or if it may go bad quickly or if the date of expiry has been exceeded

[2] if the delivered product is a journal or a magazine.

6. Reservation of proprietary rights
The services covered by the contract remain our property until payment is received in full.

Reservation in the event of non-availability
Availability of certain goods offered in our online shop cannot be guaranteed in special events.
We therefore reserve the right to cancel the service in the event of non-availability. In this case, we will inform you immediately and refund any payments that have already been performed.

7. Liability
For negligent breaches of the contract’s main obligations, our liability is limited to average foreseeable and direct losses that are typical both for the contract and the nature of the goods.
This limited liability also applies to negligent breaches of obligations caused by our legal representatives or auxiliary staff.
For the rest, we are liable according to legal regulations if the contractual partner asserts compensation claims for damages or losses which are the result of intent or gross negligence,
including the result of intent or gross negligence caused by our legal representatives or auxiliary staff.
If we are not charged with grossly negligent or intentional breaches of duty, our liability is limited to average foreseeable damages which might be typical for these circumstances.
The above limitations of liability do not apply when damages or losses are caused by injury to life, body or health.

8.Warranty
The warranty period is two years starting from the date of delivery.
For warranty claims it is necessary to be able to relate to the the date of purchase. If possible, the product to be claimed for warranty should be sent to us including a copy of the invoice. However, if it is not possible to deliver a copy of the invoice, this does not affect the warranty claim.
In case of defects in the subject matters of the contract legal warranty regulations apply.
Warranty is excluded for normal deterioration or wearout caused by normal use. If instructions of maintenance and care are not being followed or if the product is being modified, if attachments are being installed improperly or if parts are being exchanged, warranty is inapplicable for defects that are the result of the breach of the aforementioned regulation.
Guarantee in the legal sense is only being granted to the party to the contract if explicitly determined by us in written form.

9. Data storage
According to §28 of German Data Protection Act (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz) we would like to point out that entered data is processed and stored using electronic data processing equipment.
Personal data is kept confidential and used for our business purposes only.
